FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Retailer SIM?
No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N' Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun)
can be registered as a LoadCentral retailer number.

2. How can I start selling the LoadCentral way?
You can start selling the LoadCentral way after a LoadCentral dealer registered your number and you agreed to the rerms he/she offered.


3. Can the same retailer number be registered to two or more dealers?
No.

4. How will I know about the discounts carried by LoadCentral?
Your subdealer will give you a copy of the Retailer Discount Structure.


5. What happens if I forgot my password?
You should ask your dealer to request from Uniwiz Trade Sales Inc. For the resetting
of your password. Uniwiz will not entertain direct request from you.

6. What happens if my retailer SIM and/or mobile phone are lost or stolen?
What happens to my remaining wallet load?
You must immediately notify your dealer so he/she can deactivate or block your mobile number. You must then ask your dealer to register another mobile number as your new retailer SIM. Your dealer will then inform LoadCentral by a written notice (fax or email) and request that the remaining balance in your old registered number be transfered to your new one.

7. How can I get a transaction report?
You can generate your own sales transaction report thru the LoadCentral webtool.

How to Create a Sale Transaction

VIA SMS

1. Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for:

Buyer gets a text saying: You have purchased (Product Code) (PIN).

Upon the first use of your webtool you must unlock it first using your registered mobile:

LoadCentral: Weblock status was successfully changed. Your account is now unlocked.

1. Retailer accesses loadCentral URL (http://webtool.LoadCentral.com.ph)

Login his Usemame (mobile number) and SL Password. Always put a 63 instead of 0 as the pre-fix of your mobile number.

*Note that on the 1^st use of the webtool, SL (secondary level) password is on default 123456,
you may change it after logging in.

2. Then the retailer click arrow of the product code.

3. Choose the product you want to sell and Type on the corresponding boxes the mobile number of the customer purchasing the product and quantity being purchased and click Sell Product.

4. The result of your recent file transaction will be shown on top portion of the page.
The retails of the e-Pin sold will also be displayed on "Your Recent Sale Transaction" box.
Buyer gets a confirmation of item purchase from LoadCentral.

*To lock the web tool, please type:
