How to Create a Sale Transaction



VIA SMS

1. Retailer types the Product Code that the buyer (end-user) chose and paid for:

Product Code(space)Retailer 6-digit FL password(space)Mobile no. of buyer,

Send to LoadCentral Number.


*FL/SMS password-use in mobile, SL (secondary) password - use in webtool


 2. Retailer and Buyer get a confirmation message from LoadCentral.

Retailer gets a text saying: You have successfully made an e-pin sale (Product Code)
to (Mobile no. of buyer). Your wallet balance is Pxxxx.xx. Trace #: xxxxxxx




Buyer gets a text saying: You have purchased (Product Code) (PIN).
Thank you for using our service. Trace #: xxxxxxx

*The amount deducted to the retailers wallet will be discounted as percentage to the sale adding up to the remaining wallet that the retailer can sell.

VIA WEBTOOL

Upon the first use of your webtool you must unlock it first using your registered mobile:

Unlock(space)Password

Send to LoadCentral access number.

Dealer/Sub-Dealer/Retailer will receive a confirmation message from the system:

LoadCentral: Weblock status was successfully changed. Your account is now unlocked.


1. Retailer accesses loadCentral URL (http://webtool.LoadCentral.com.ph)

Login his Usemame (mobile number) and SL Password. Always put a 63 instead of 0 as the pre-fix of your mobile number.

*Note that on the 1st use of the webtool, SL (secondary level) password is on default 123456,
you may change it after logging in.




2. Then the retailer click arrow of the product code.





3. Choose the product you want to sell and Type on the corresponding boxes the mobile number of the customer purchasing the product and quantity being purchased and click Sell Product.


4. The result of your recent file transaction will be shown on top portion of the page.
The retails of the e-Pin sold will also be displayed on "Your Recent Sale Transaction" box.
Buyer gets a confirmation of item purchase from LoadCentral.




*To lock the web tool, please type:

Lock (space)Password

Send to LoadCentral access number.

Dealer/Sub-Dealer/Retailer will receive a confirmation message from the system:

LoadCentral: Weblock status was successfully changed. Your account is now locked

This is the lowest rate since late 2009. Excluding motor vehicles, year-on-year sales are unchanged, again the lowest reading since late 2009. Ex-auto ex-gas, sales are up a respectable 3.4 percent but, compared to 3.9 percent in March, are going in the wrong direction.
